Neeraj Grover is a B2B growth strategist with 12 years of experience spanning marketing, sales strategy, and business growth consulting. He started in sales at Policybazaar, then moved into growth marketing across agencies and in-house teams before founding The Growth Union in 2025 — driven by the belief that Indian businesses deserve a partner who thinks AND builds, not just one or the other.

Neeraj begins in sales at Policybazaar — building expertise in consultative selling, lead generation, and high-volume acquisition. He then moves into growth marketing across agencies and in-house teams, managing campaigns across industries and building a deep understanding of what drives real business growth.

Independent Consulting

Transitions to independent B2B growth consulting — working directly with founders and CEOs across real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and FMCG on growth strategy and execution.
